I knew David from a different viewpoint. He was a steady, caring, intelligent, humble, and serious professional. There were some stories about BBQing the turkey each Thanksgiving, travels, and he always sang a unique Happy Birthday song that I still cannot find anywhere else. What an all-around spectacularly authentic presence. His guiding light lives forever in me now. Thanks for all of it, David.
